If you really want to make a difference, investigate and expose the track record of the person who decided to fire these workers. Scrutinize how they plan to run the organization going forward, and compare their promises with outcomes after 1 and 3 years. Do consumers end up with better products?

The biggest criticism of this lady isn’t that she fired people at Xbox; it’s whether she’s even qualified to run the company in the first place.

Firing staff is easy when a business is unprofitable and dysfunctional. The real challenge is figuring out how to make it successful.

- Does the new CEO of Xbox have the answer?
